PUB, Singapore’s National Water Agency, has appointed H2i to develop a seawater quality monitoring system (SQMS) and provide support services on catchment and reservoir model development and integration. The SQMS is composed of five monitoring dashboards that will display real-time sensor and grab-sample sea water quality data in a spatially explicit format, simulation results from scenario model runs as well as maps of forecasted algae bloom risk in Singapore’s coastal waters.  The SQMS will be built on the existing Delft-FEWS system for better user experience. Deltares is supporting H2I as the sub-contractor for development and maintenance of SQMS.
