Mr Jair Smits is the new Managing Director at Hydroinformatics Institute Pte.Ltd. (H2i), a leading technology and consultancy company specialised in hydroinformatics and incorporated in Singapore in 2014. He will be leading the expansion of H2i's activities in South East Asia and beyond.
Mr Smits joins from Witteveen+Bos South-East Asia Pte. Ltd. (WBSEA), an international Engineering and Consulting Firm with Dutch roots where he acted as Lead Business Developer and Project Manager. Prior to WBSEA, Mr. Smits worked as Business Developer at NUSDeltares, a research collaboration between the National University of Singapore and Deltares, a water and soil research institute from the Netherlands.
